Returns

This policy ensures that returned medication is not re-sold, aligning with safety regulations. If you have any unused or unwanted prescribed medication, we recommend visiting a local pharmacy for proper disposal.
Cancellations
For orders that are scheduled for delivery by post, you have the option to cancel your order until the pharmacy accepts and processes your medication. This provides you with flexibility in managing your orders.
Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If the medication you receive is:
- Not as described, or
- Damaged or faulty,
We will refund the cost of the medication. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or debit card used for payment. In case the card has expired, please contact us to update your card details.
Exceptions
Please be aware that, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process refunds for PPE masks, unless there has been an error in the item sent.
